Introduction

BigYa is a platform that is built and run by Nebham LLC. Nebham LLC is a software company based in the United States. Nebham designs and develops software applications that enable people to associate with one another, and grow businesses. BigYa is a common platform that is used by many business owners and community leaders to feature their businesses and community organizations respectively.

Intellectual Property Rights

We may gather, transmit, and store data about you regarding your use of the Service, including any data you send to or through the Service. We utilize that data to offer the Service's usefulness, improve the Service’s quality, provide better personal experience, provide feedback to business owners, enhance the security of the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

• Business Account

  When you signup with BigYa, we store and use the information you provide during that process, such as the first and last name you enter, email address, zip code, and any other information you may provide during the sign up process. Since we feature public business information, in an event that someone has created a business account for your business without your permission, you can submit a request for its removal by messaging us on the app.




• Public Content

  When you submit your business information, we will do our best to make your business visible and boost the online presence. Thus, information that you provide about your businesses are intended for public consumption and are therefore accessible by the public, including your business name, hours, address, phone number, website, and photos. We will display such information on the app and website, and we may highlight your personal information such as your name if you choose to showcase your name as a business owner or business manager.




• Communications

  When you sign up with BigYa to access our Service, you are opting to receive emails/messages from Nebahm. If you have submitted your phone number of your business, we may contact you. You agree to receive certain administrative or legal messages from Nebham.




• App/Service Usage

  We store relevant information about your use of the Service. Such examples include the business pages you view on the app. We also store information that your computer or mobile device may provide to us during the connection with your use of the Service, such as browser type, type of computer or mobile device, unique device identifier, and location. We do not collect any location data without your explicit permission. You may be able to allow or revoke location data through your device settings.

  We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
